Registration Guidelines
All participants need to register their attendance. Each accepted paper except for Ph.D. abstracts must have one full registration. For authors who have several accepted papers as the first author, there must be one full registration while for the remaining ones authors can register at student rate.
A registration includes the conference proceedings published by IEEE Xplore, access to the keynotes, all technical presentations in the main conference, workshops, postgraduate forum and Demos as well as round-table panel sessions. For in-person attendees, registration also includes a conference bag with a conference program, badge and a gift, and tickets to welcome reception and banquet, coffee breaks and lunches.
Registration opens on March 14, 2024, via EDAS at this link from which you can log in to register. Be sure to click on the pay line at the bottom of the page (with credit card logos) and then select the type of registration to register.
The registration deadline for authors is April 14, 2024. The early registration deadline for non Authors is May 3, 2024, and the late registration deadline for non Authors is May 20, 2024. Without registration, a paper will not be included in the proceeding.
Registration fees for papers in the main conference, workshops, posters, and demos are the same. Authors of Ph.D. Forum abstracts can register at student rate. There are discounts for IEEE members. Details can be found below:
