E-commerce leads, while government adoption remains lower.
In March 2026, hybrid adoption reaches 68.84% in the chart’s e-commerce sample, compared with 37.57% in government. Social networks and finance also rank among the leading sectors, highlighting substantial differences across everyday services.
Providers account for most adoption in every sector.
Across all nine sectors, most observed hybrid deployments are attributed to provider-managed endpoints. Owner-managed deployments contribute a much smaller share, even in sectors with high overall adoption.
