Hi Emanuele,
In my Jecklin configuration, I'm using shock mounts (which are
usually essential for outdoors) that move the mics far enough
out that they need to face straight ahead to get the "standard"
Jecklin separation.
I did some (limited) tests before I settled on this configuration,
and found the orientation with the omnis I use (AT-3032s and
MKH8020s) makes very little audible difference.
