Lily,
The power box provides the plug-in power needed for the mics instead
of using the phantom power from th FR2-LE. I guess for powering
plug-in power mics like these with the FR2-LE you have two options: a)
Use an external battery box and turn off the phantom in the FR2-LE, or
b) turn on the phantom power in the FR2-LE and use an adapter to bring
down the voltage form 48v to 9v. I've been doing option a) until now.
Cheers,
Hector
