There is also a small population at Blackbutt Reserve, in Newcastle,
NSW, which has been there more than 20 years that I know of. I have
occasionally seen young with them, so it seems that they breed.
Perhaps they also would be tickable. I think I remember reading
somewhere, that a species is regarded as resident if a breeding
population is in place for more than 10 years. Can anyone confirm this
figure.

There are small, but long standing, apparently self sustaining
populations in Collingwood and Fairfield (in Melbourne). The
Fairfield Hospital population has been there continuously since at
leat the late 1980s. These could probably be described as feral, but
how would this be different to the (I believe tickable) populations of
Rock Dove, Common Myna, Ostrich, etc.?
