John
I bought an incredibly lifelike bird figurine - Eastern Spinebill - from a
shop in Stanley.
I don't have the details with me but the artist is a Tasmanian ex-pat
living in Victoria who creates exquisite replicas of small Tasmanian birds
and mammals. I'll find the details if you're interested.
Regards
David

Hi and thanks to all who responded about my request regarding bird
figurines. So far, the BOCA shop looks the best bet, though most of
what they have are not life-size, which is something I was after.
Any other suggestions still welcome.
Thanks again,
John Tongue
