It is a big event when it rains in alice and we had a short downpour yesterday(don't know how much rain) but I expect it will bring on breeding and nomads. First sign of change was this morning when I saw white breasted woodswallows circling over todd St. A few weeks back I saw crimson chats and budgeriagars after rain at Papunya west of here, so this rain could bring back the budgies!
