Hi All,
A few unusual sightings for Mulgoa Valley at this time of year.
Everything is green and beautiful, some of the birds must think it's spring
again, numbers are rising, even an Eastern Spinebill seen, they were
permanent before the lantana was burnt out, now a few bushes are coming
back.
Rufous Fantail along Mulgoa Creek
On Mayfair Rd;
Fantail Cuckoo seen, calling, mobbed by
Noisy Miners.
White-throated Gerygones, seen, two, 400m apart, singing
Red-whiskered Bulbul, group of twelve, flying
through treetops in bush
Musk Lorikeet flying over, calling
Crested Shrike-tit, calling, flew in to my
whistle.
White-eared Honeyeater
Spotted Pardalote ? nesting under east side of
bridge which is just north of Mayfair Rd on Mulgoa Rd.
Cheers
Michael
