G'day folks,
I'd like to thank everyone who responded to my question about Spotting
Scopes. After much consideration I opted for the Nikon 80A which arrived today.
I had a quick look through it in the fading light this evening and was most
impressed.
The image was still nice and bright despite the light conditions and both the
focus and zoom mechanisms were smooth and easy to use. For around $1000.00 its
looks to be great value. It comes with its own soft case which can be kept on
whin fitted to the tripod. Much better than my old 50mm Tasco.
Cheers,
David Cameron
