Hi All,
Mike Carter who is on Cocos Island reports that the Chinese Pond Heron
is still present. He saw it last night around 5:30 pm. He searched for
it all day today and only found it around 6 pm this evening when it
again flew in to the same location as yesterday. He suspects it may
have been around for a while as it appears to be following a routine.
The phone cut out during the conversation but it sounds like it is
quite close to the airport.
Cheers,
Rohan Clarke
