Kwells tablets contain the same active ingredient as scop patches:
hyoscine (scopolamine) hydrobromide.
Wikipedia has some interesting - if somewhat disturbing - information on
the drug:

The higher dose of the patches and long action (up to three days) probably
explains why they have been withdrawn from sale in Australia.
