Hi All,
Myself, Richard Baxter and Rohan Clarke between us had four four
sightings of BUFF-BREASTED BUTTON-QUAIL over three days last week, also a
flock of twelve BLACK-THROATED FINCHES. Seen near Mount Malloy (Far North
Queensland) , at sites provided by Lloyd Neilsen, many thanks Lloyd, and to
Ron Stannard at Kingfisher Park.
Also photographed a BARN SWALLOW Newell Beach. When I work out how
to put it on the net, I will.
MANGROVE ROBIN at the north end of Cairns Esplanade, along with
ankle-biters (sandflies), MANGROVE KINGFISHER and VARIED HONEYEATER, plus a
swag of about a dozen waders along the Esplanade itself.
Cheers
Michael
