Hi all,
I observed what i believe was a flock of 10 to 20 White-throated Needletails
here in Carrara on the Gold Coast ahead of some dark clouds 2 birds came low
flying just over the gum trees in the park while the others stayed high .
The birds disapeared quickly and when flying swiftly showed a little white.
They were two quick for me to check them out. Does anyone have photos of
these birds in flight? What are the chances of these being White-throated
Needletails and not Fork-tailed Swifts? Do these two species form mixed
flocks? Thanks for your help
Yours Sincerely
Mr Jade Welch
