Hi all,
Our 113th species (and 12th parrot) was added to our property list this
afternoon. They were heard and found by Roberta and two were seen by us both.
Roberta thinks that there were 3 or more in the group.
Purple-crowned Lorikeets have been low in the white blossom of a E. leucoxylin.
Taking no notice of us standing 2 metres away - beautiful views.
Earlier in the week two Gang Gangs (both grey birds) sat for 2 days in Sugar
gums dropping used gum nuts on the iron roof of a shed. They are still around
but not above the roof!
Regards
