Subject: Little Tern info. (Aust.)
Jill Dening asks about Little Tern information from the Australian point of
view.
The following web site is the Victorian perspective on the management of Little
Tern. It is the Action Statement for the species and has some general as well
as detailed management prescriptions.
To access the Action Statement pages of the NRE website go to
http://www.nre.vic.gov.au
then
'Plants & Animals'
then
'Native Plants & Animals'
then
'FFG Action Statements'
And look for the Action Statement on Little Tern (Action Statement number 51).
I addition, a search using google.com will also show you many links to the
species. Just use 'Little Tern Australia' as the search phrase.
cheers
