I have noticed that various of the planted groups of ironbarks in Canberra
seem to be in flower at the moment.
I checked out those at the U of Canberra campus yesterday for Regent
Honeyeaters but drew a blank.
However other Canberra birdwatchers might care to check these UC ironbarks
out (RHs have been seen here in previous years in August when the ironbarks
flower), and other groups of flowering ironbarks.
