'progressive bird list book'

Because my daughter recently received a 'progressive journal' originating
in Florida, I wondered about using a similar idea to make a 'progressive
bird list' book, especially if it could be aimed at children.

Things like date, weather and contact details for the contributors could be
listed, followed by the birds they see that day.

The contact details, including email addresses where applicable, could be
used to track the progress of the book, and to enable people to ask
questions about listed birds, or the places they were seen.

A bound book with lines would probably be best, and 'when its full send it
back to the original address'?
