Re NHT Journal

Someone at NHT told me: "I arranged for the publication to be
sent to both Birds Australia and the Birds Observers Club of
Australia.  I understand Birds Australia is planning to send
this issue to all its members in the near future."

So it seems that the government did not have access to the
mailing lists.
