For information
For those interested in whales in Australian waters the folowing
Environment Australia website may be of interest.

Interestingly there is no mention of Port Phillip Bay being part of the
Southern Right Whale distribution. The last record of a SRW in Victoria's
Port Phillip Bay is 1992 I believe, and there have only been 4 records of
this species in the bay in the last 10 years.
