Even more new birds for Australia

A recent report from Christmas Island from Dion Hobcroft and others in  
the form of a telephone message left at our local birding pub.  
 
This information was passed on to us by the barmaid on a beer coaster so  
I am not sure how accurate the data is at this stage, no doubt Dion will 
provide all the gory details upon his return. (A cruel individual!) 
 
Highlights over the last 3 days include 
 
16 Asian House Martins 
1  Japanese Goshawk  
1  Black-nest Swiftlet 
3  White-breasted Waterhen
