🚨 Important Information

Authors are required to thoroughly address all reviewer comments and incorporate the necessary revisions into the camera-ready version of the paper. In cases where reviewers have identified significant presentation issues (e.g., inadequate figures) or requested substantive revisions to specific sections for improved clarity, these modifications must be completed prior to submission to the IEEE proceedings. Please note that failure to implement the requested changes may result in rejection of the paper during the final review by the TPC chairs.

Step 1: Prepare Your Paper

Formatting Templates & Page Limits

All submissions must strictly adhere to the official IEEE conference templates. Please do not modify the styles, fonts, or margins provided in the templates.

  • Full & Invited Papers: 8 pages + references
  • Short Papers: 6 pages + references
  • Workshop Papers: 6 pages (including references)
  • Posters (for Proceedings): 2 pages (including references)
  • Posters (Non-Proceedings): 6 pages (including references)

Step 2: Submit Your Paper

πŸ“š For Proceedings Papers/Posters

Applies to: Full, Short, Invited, Workshop, and Proceedings Posters.

These submissions must be processed through the IEEE CPS portal to be included in the official proceedings.

Submission Steps

  1. Validate Your PDF: You must use IEEE PDF eXpress to certify your PDF file before submission. Go to the PDF eXpress site and use Conference ID: 68439X.
  2. Prepare Your Information: You will need your Paper ID (from the acceptance email), title, abstract, and all author details.
  3. Submit to CPS Portal: Log in to the IEEE CPS portal, fill out the submission form, upload your validated PDF, and complete the electronic IEEE Copyright Form.
