The organizing committee of BuildSEC’25 solicits proposals for full-day and half-day workshops to be held in conjunction with the main conference. The purpose of a workshop is to provide an opportunity for participants to present and discuss novel ideas on current and emerging topics relevant to cybersecurity.

Each workshop should be organized under a well-defined theme focusing on emerging research areas, challenging problems, and/or industrial/governmental/societal issues related to cybersecurity. Novel ideas, open problems, multi-disciplinary issues, and applications of AI/ML in cybersecurity are strongly encouraged.

Suggested Themes

  • AI/ML for Security
  • Security for Internet-of-Things
  • Security for Next Generation Wireless Networks – 6G, WiFi7 and beyond
  • Security for Autonomous Systems – Vehicles/UAVs
  • Cyber-Physical Systems Security
  • Quantum Resilient Cybersecurity Solutions / Post-Quantum Security
  • Advances in Biometric-based Security

Workshops are intended to allow authors and research groups to present their work. The format can include invited speakers, paper presentations, and panel discussions. Workshop organizers are responsible for managing the full content, website, publicity, review process, and proceedings (if applicable).
