This website is for you to view room bookings for timetabled courses and to check the availability of CATS rooms.

The current Timetable Dataset is selected by default. Click on "Select a Timetable Dataset" from the menu at left to look at the timetable from another campus or to view previous years.

You can view bookings for a selected course from Monday to Friday by choosing the "View Course Bookings" menu item.

"View Multiple Courses" allows you to check that the daily bookings of combined courses match up. It can also display the lectures for each time slot to help you find lecture clashes for a range of courses over different subject areas.

Click on the "Find Rooms" menu item if you want to find and then book a tutorial room or lecture hall. You can list the characteristics of the room and view a photograph of the room. Note that only rooms managed by CATS can be booked at this website, rooms managed by schools will have to be booked by contacting the school.

"View Room Bookings" allows you to check the bookings for a selected room. "View Multiple Rooms" allows you to select a range of rooms (eg. lab rooms) to display side by side for each day.

"Upload a Timetable Dataset" is used by timetabling staff to upload data into this website.
